The location is unbeatable! Right in the heart of it all, and the staff were just fantastic, so friendly and always willing to help. One morning, we had breakfast on the rooftop terrace and it was pure bliss, with mountain views that just blew me away. And the kids loved the spacious suite we got, it felt like home!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience made up for it.

The Gran Hotel Soller offered a great location and attentive staff, making it a lovely place to unwind. While the rooftop pool was quite popular and sometimes crowded, the spacious room was comfortable. I'd have preferred more external seating areas for lounging in the sun.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning views from the rooftop pool and the delicious breakfast served on the sunny terrace. After exploring the area, the spa and wellness center provided a much-needed relaxation escape. A minor point is that the lounge chairs by the pool could use a little update, but overall this place was a lovely getaway! 😊

Though the gym had a retro vibe and some areas felt slightly worn, everything still sparkled with care and attention, maintaining its charm.

Every morning, Barbara's friendly service brightened our meals, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel’s prime location allowed us easy access to explore the bustling area, with views of the mountain landscape that enriched our stay. The garden view from our room offered a refreshing morning view to start each day.

The seating areas around the outdoor spaces could use more shaded options.

Thankfully, the concierge addressed my concerns promptly and transferred me to a better room without extra charges. The hotel’s location was also ideal, only a short walk to restaurants and the train station. Despite some areas of the hotel needing a refresh, the charming ambiance and attention to guest experience made my stay memorable.

Luckily, the concierge promptly switched us to a superior room for free! The rooftop pool was a highlight—breathtaking views! And breakfast was superb, with a variety of egg dishes available. definitely a reason to return.
